FEATURED BEVERAGE WE ENJOYED

IPA was invented in England.

It’s been quite some time since I was there, so I went looking for a Brit brew here in the states.

In the end, the only one I could find locally is this from Greene King, a $2+ Billion public company that owns lots of pubs and breweries.

Budweiser (before buying SabMiller) is $47 billion so I suppose Greene King is one of the smallest big beer companies I know of.

And the IPA? Yeah, pretty good.

Mild hops, faintly caramel malt and a clean finish. Something you would enjoy with a game of 301 in one of their many pubs. Gets better as it warms up to pub temp.
